General

This contract will involve working with a Local Authority client based in East London

We are looking for confident and competent Private Sector Housing enforcement professionals with experience of surveying and inspections of sub-standard privately rented homes in accordance with technical and enforcement guidance and local management practices.

The ideal candidate will have equivalent local authority experience in all aspects of the work including liaising with our clients, arranging initial inspections, undertaking risk assessments under HHSRS and then taking the appropriate action and keeping accurate records.

We are a well-respected team with the support of senior managers and elected members for whom this is important and high priority work. Ideally you will be a highly motived individual with housing, building survey, construction back ground, but we actively support and recruit anyone with the appropriate knowledge, experience and skills.

Our rates are competitive offering up to £28/hr, depending on the experience, but will be happy to negotiate for the right candidates, subject to verification
