Enforcement, Other Roles
We are looking for an experienced intelligence officer capable of working independently and within a HMO regulation team dealing with a large workload of private sector housing enforcement.
The applicant must have experience of working in an intelligence environment, gathering and developing intelligence including undertaking visits, gathering evidence and taking statements and taking enforcement action.
The applicant must be confident in preparation of relevant information to support current investigations and/or enquiries (e.g. Open source checks, 192.com, NAFN, Call Credit, Companies house, Social Media, DPA Requests, etc.). Knowledge of the requirements of PACE, RIPA, POCA and related codes of practice and guidance, with a demonstrable experience of undertaking interviews under caution is desirable.
The applicant must work within all practices and procedures common to Royal Greenwich and other Councils including equality in service deliver. We offer up to £22/hour for a right candidate subject to level of qualification and experience.
The contract runs between 19 August and 1 October
