We are looking for a Trading Standards Professional to join our south east London local authority client on a temporary basis 

We would consider someone with a Police background

General responsibilities in relation to a trading standards officer role for example: Investigate criminal complaints, complete a range of business visits as directed, support other officers as directed. A particular interest in internet and e-commerce investigations will be advantageous as the post holder will be tasked to investigate the scale of local detriment caused by the sale of unsafe/fake/illegal consumer goods via social media.
