During the course of the conversation we will probably be able to suggest some suitable candidates to you.
We will contact them (plus any others who become apparent) to make sure they would be interested in working with you.
If they are we send you their CV plus a full referencing history.
Assuming you are interested in any of the candidates we arrange interviews, either face to face or on the phone.
Assuming the interview process is successful we send out contracts, or talk you through the master vendor process.
We confirm a start date for the successful candidate and stay in touch with you while the contract is running.
Once the contract is finished we request a reference on the candidate as we appreciate your feedback.
